These Terms of Use govern your use of lumexled.com (the "Site"), operated by LumexLED ("LumexLED", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about LumexLED products, download product documents and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, sending automated requests or submitting false information through any form.

Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, spec sheets, IES photometric files and catalogs accurate and current. Specifications and dimensions are subject to change without notice. Images are for illustration. Always confirm specifications, listings and compatibility with the current spec sheet or with our team before ordering or installing, and install products according to local codes and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Quotes and orders

A quote request is not an order. Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed in a written quote from LumexLED or your local representative, and orders are governed by the terms provided with that quote or invoice. Product warranties are described in each product’s spec sheet.

Intellectual property

The LumexLED name, logo, product photos, spec sheets, photometric files, text and design of the Site belong to LumexLED or its licensors and are protected by law. You may download and share product documents to specify, quote or install LumexLED products. Any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party links and content

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services and may show content hosted by third parties, such as Google Maps and Google Sheets. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Product warranties are not affected by this section.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumexLED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
